There are two ways to get to the International Ballroom for the celeb photo-ops and the special event ballroom on the lower level of The Hyatt:

The stairs located on the street level (the stairs are behind the escalator)
The elevator located to the left of “Perks” and the Fed Ex office on the street level

10:15PM - WORLD PREMIERE! Full Moon’s new Pulp Noir Thriller “QUADRANT”! Introduced by director Charles Band. Prizes and more! “QUADRANT” is the new Pulp Noir Thriller from Full Moon Film which has the vibes of the early Empire films and their classics such as “CASTLE FREAK”. In “QUADRANT”, scientists Harry and Meg develop the Quadrant helmet which allows your mind to transport you into a world where all your phobias and nightmares are real, while also granting you the strength to defeat them, liberating you from their control forever. But the Quadrant experiment is about to go terribly wrong. When Erin, a young girl who’s obsessed with Jack the Ripper, uses the device to actually become the Ripper, she unleashes a reign of terror, first in her mind in an AI version of old London created by the Quadrant, and then in reality, where she now stalks the contemporary city streets, seeking out victims for her blade. The only way to stop this savage new Ripper is for an even more vicious killer to enter the artificial Quadrant-verse and bring her down. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the overwhelming response/turnout in the last couple of years, we're going to have to limit the number of contestants this year for the first time. For 2024's SVCC, contestants will be limited to:

KIDS CONTEST: 10 Entrants
ADULTS CONTEST: 20 Entrants REGISTRATION FOR ADULTS IS FULL AND, THEREFORE, CLOSED. SEE LIST BELOW!
YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE THIS YEAR. Fill out THIS FORM (KIDS ONLY NOW) to secure your spot - first-come, first-served. Contestants will be listed here and notified via email prior to the show.*

Join us on Saturday August 3rd at 5:00 pm in the International Ballroom in your favorite ghoulish costume for our 18th Annual Sinister Visions Costume Contest! The contest will be hosted by Chicago Television legend SVENGOOLIE! All ages welcome!
