Parking

Parking is available in the attached garage at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago.

Staying at the Hyatt

The rate is $17.00 overnight per day for Flashback Weekend guests staying at the Hyatt. Just request that the Hyatt add this parking charge to your room bill. You receive in and out privileges with this rate! Hyatt parking is subject to availability.

Not staying at the Hyatt

If you are not staying at the Hyatt, the validated rate is $17.00 for the day for Flashback attendees (but no in and out privileges). Bring your parking ticket with you to Flashback registration. Validate your ticket at the validation machine at the Flashback Registration desk for the discount parking rate (for those not staying at the Hyatt). Hyatt parking is subject to availability.

Additional parking

Additional parking lot directly across from the Hyatt on Bryn Mawr is the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center Parking. That rate has been running similar to the Hyatt. No validation from Flashback needed for the across the street parking rate, however there are no in and out privileges at the Convention Center Parking Garage. (Parking rates subject to change).

Photo Ops

Celeb Photo Ops may be purchased in advance on-line at https://celebphotoops.com/event/2024-flashback-weekend-photo-ops or at the convention at the entrance to the International Ballroom (lower level). Cash only sales at the convention. Schedule posted here https://celebphotoops.com/schedules/Flashback.pdf.

There are two ways to get to the International Ballroom for the celeb photo-ops and the special event ballroom on the lower level of The Hyatt:

The stairs located on the street level (the stairs are behind the escalator)
The elevator is located to the left of "Perks" and near the FedEx office on the street level

Prizes and more! “QUADRANT” is the new Pulp Noir Thriller from Full Moon Film which has the vibes of the early Empire films and their classics such as “CASTLE FREAK”. In “QUADRANT”, scientists Harry and Meg develop the Quadrant helmet which allows your mind to transport you into a world where all your phobias and nightmares are real, while also granting you the strength to defeat them, liberating you from their control forever. But the Quadrant experiment is about to go terribly wrong. When Erin, a young girl who’s obsessed with Jack the Ripper, uses the device to actually become the Ripper, she unleashes a reign of terror, first in her mind in an AI version of old London created by the Quadrant, and then in reality, where she now stalks the contemporary city streets, seeking out victims for her blade.
