Flashback Weekend believes that a Horror Convention should not personally profit from hosting a convention, and should instead give back to the film industry that gives us the horror films we love. Flashback Weekend does just that. All net proceeds from Flashback Weekend go to the operation and preservation of the Flashback Weekend owned and operated Midway Drive-In located in Dixon, IL.
- Our philanthropic efforts are dedicated to Big Screen Theatrical Exhibition, preservation of the American Drive-In, and 35mm film presentations.

The Legendary Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger) will appear all three days! The following is information about his Celeb-Photo-Ops, his signings, Autograph Line-Up number distribution, and stage appearance with Svengoolie:
Robert Englund Autographs
Please note that Robert Englund autographs will be in great demand. It is possible that the demand for Robert Englund autographs will be greater than the time available for his autograph signings. In this case, not everyone wanting a Robert Englund autograph will receive one.
Here is how the line will be formed for Robert Englund autographs at Flashback Weekend 2025:
- A set number of Ultimate Ticket holders will be line-up each day.
- Weekend and Single day ticket holders who have a line-up number will be instructed on when they may line-up in his autograph line. This is to avoid a long wait time in line.
Q. Will I be able to purchase Robert Englund’s autograph if I purchase a Weekend or a Single Day pass?
A. Some weekend or single day pass holders will have the opportunity to get in line for Robert Englund's autograph. This will be determined by line-up ticket number (see below for line-up ticket distribution). At some point each day, the line for weekend and single day pass holders to get Robert's autograph will be capped. At that point, not everyone who wants a Robert Englund autograph will be able to get one.

These are the times each day that a set number of Robert Englund Autograph line-up numbers will be distributed to Weekend and Single Day ticket holders.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION
- Line up tickets will be distributed BEFORE we let the line for the Weekend and single day ticket holders into the convention.
- A set quantity of line-up numbers will be distributed to Weekend and Single Day ticket holders waiting in line for entry to the vendor room.
- Robert Englund line management will tell the line-up number holders the time they can come back to get in the autograph line.
- Not everyone waiting in line to get into the convention will receive a line-up number.
- One (1) line-up ticket per family (we will not distribute numbers to young children or babies).
- Line-up ticket does not guarantee an autograph - it only guarantees a place in line.
- Line up ticket does not include the price of an autograph. Autographs must be purchased separately at the celebrity’s table (cash only).
- This ticket has no cash value.
- These tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold.
Do NOT purchase a line-up ticket from ANYONE, as any ticket purchased from a scalper is NOT be valid and you will not be given a place in the autograph line.
TICKET SCALPING IN ILLINOIS IS ILLEGAL!
A NOTE TO THOSE WHO WISH TO SCALP LINE-UP NUMBERS:
We will record the image of everyone who receives a line-up number.
Flashback Weekend policy on Celebrity guests who have long autograph lines
- Please note that if a celebrity guest has long autograph lines, it may not be possible for the celebrity to sign autographs for every fan who wants to meet them. Convention ticket refunds will not be given in this case.
- We ask that everyone attend for the entire convention experience, not just one celebrity guest.
Q. I have an Ultimate Pass. Will I be able to line-up for Robert Englund’s autograph?
A. Yes. Your Ultimate Pass includes a line-up to receive Robert Englund’s autograph. Details for the line-up will be provided with your Ultimate Pass information. The price of the autograph is not included with your Ultimate Pass, and you will need to pay for the autograph at Robert’s table.

How do I get a photo with Robert Englund?: Celeb Photo-Ops are the only way to have a photo taken with Robert. Photo-Ops may be purchased in advance or at the convention at the Celeb Photo-Ops table (cash only), based on availability.
Purchase a Celeb Photo-Op with Robert Englund. This is a professional 8x10 of you and Robert Englund. This is the best way to document your memory with Robert Englund! You will also receive a digital copy of the photo. Group photos of Robert with other ELM STREET cast members will also be available. Photo-Ops may also be purchased in advance or at the convention at the Celeb Photo-Ops table (cash only), based on availability. Robert will wear the glove for all photo-ops. Professional photo-ops with Robert Englund (and our other celebrity guests) will be available for purchase at

Following are two of the policies from the Celeb Photo-Ops website:
- A Photo-Op is not a Meet and Greet. The process is very quick without time to converse with the guest or guests. It is a photo opportunity in the literal sense of the word.
- Don’t ask for autographs in the photo-booth, or you will be asked to remove yourself from the booth, and you will not receive your photo.

Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention presents “FRIDAY NIGHT FRIGHTS LIVE”, the live Horror talk show on Friday Aug. 1, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago. Featuring the Horror Legends Robert Englund and Svengoolie live on stage, and many other celebrity guests and surprises, all in the classic talk show format and Svengoolie style that we love!
Join Robert Englund and Svengoolie (Rich Koz) for an epic one-on-one conversation as they discuss their legendary careers, their friendship, the impact their characters have had on film culture, and much more! This will be the Horror Event of the Year! Special event ticket required to attend. A ticket for this Event is included with the Ultimate Pass.
FRIDAY NIGHT FRIGHTS LIVE tickets may be purchased by Flashback Weekend Friday single day and Weekend tickets holders while supplies last. Both a FRIDAY NIGHT FRIGHTS LIVE ticket and a Flashback Weekend convention ticket for Friday Aug. 1, 2025 are required to attend.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING & TICKET PICK UP – PLEASE READ!
- Your tickets will NOT be mailed.
- Your tickets will be available for pick-up at the Flashback Convention Registration desk the weekend of the event.
- Be sure to bring a photo ID when you pick up your tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket order.
- You must have a Flashback Weekend convention admission to attend all convention events and photo-ops for the day of the event.
- Photo-op ticket holders must be on time at the scheduled time for the photo-ops. Photo-ops cannot be re-scheduled. No refunds for photo-ops you miss.
- No Refunds.
- Package contents are non-transferable.
- Schedule and celebrity guests are subject to change.
We suggest that everyone purchase their tickets in advance. After your advance ticket purchase, you will be e-mailed a confirmation with a bar code which is scanned at the convention when you check in at the registration desk. With no cash or credit cards being exchanged, advance sales will be contactless, safe, and easy! In addition, you won’t have to worry about a sell-out.
- Your ticket bar code will be e-mailed to the e-mail which you enter at the time of purchase, so please be sure to enter the correct e-mail address.
- You must bring the e-mail containing the bar code with you to the convention (on an electronic device or printed).
- We will scan the bar code at our registration desk.
- Non-refundable booking fees apply for advance ticket purchases.
- No refunds on advance ticket purchases.
- Ticket sale barcodes are only good for one scan. Do not share your barcode with anyone else! If someone else scans your barcode, it will not work for you and you will need to re-purchase ticket(s) for entry to the Convention.

You must have the barcode or QR code that was sent to you via email on a smart phone or other electronic device. This may also be printed. Screen shots of ticket bar codes and QR codes are not acceptable. Be sure to bring your photo ID when you pick up your tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket order.
You will receive a Wristband at Convention check-in the weekend of the conventions. Do not lose the wristband, as they will not be replaced.

FRIDAY NIGHT FRIGHTS LIVE Friday Aug. 1, 2025 – SPECIAL EVENT
Special event ticket required. A Flashback Weekend convention ticket for Friday Aug. 1, 2025 or a Weekend pass is required to purchase a Friday Night Frights Live ticket.
All children of any age must have a Friday Night Frights Live ticket to attend.

Child Admission Policy
- Children 6 & under: Free with paid adult admission. Limit 2 children per paid adult - General admission only.

Celeb Photo Ops

- Celebrity appearances are subject to change.
- No refunds on convention tickets.
- Please come to Flashback Weekend for the entire convention, not just one celebrity guest.
- On occasion, a celebrity guest may have more fans in line than there is time for them to sign. In that case, please note that there is no guarantee that you will meet and get autographs from every celebrity guest that you wish to. We ask that everyone attend for the entire convention experience, not just one specific celebrity guest.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT MEET A SPECIFIC CELEBRITY GUEST
- Activities, package contents, special events, ticket prices, Celebrity Guests, and schedule subject to change.
- Events including panel discussions, film screenings, costume contests, and after-parties are limited to seating capacity.
- Flashback Weekend reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee. Package contents are non-transferrable.
- Celebrity guests appear at Flashback Weekend under an exclusive arrangement. No interviews or filming of the celebrity guests without the express written consent of Flashback Weekend (Kerz Productions, Inc.).
- Photos, video recordings, etc. taken at Flashback Weekend are for personal use only. No license whatsoever is granted for commercial use of any likeness or image. All images & recordings taken at Flashback Weekend are the sole property of Flashback Weekend (Kerz Productions, Inc.) and cannot be used for any non-private publication without the express written consent of Kerz Productions, Inc.
- Flashback Weekend attendees grant permission to Flashback Weekend (Kerz Productions, Inc.) to utilize their image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video or other display, transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event.
- Please respect the personal space of the celebrities at all times. Autographs and photos are allowed during scheduled official sessions only.
- Your presence at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago and Flashback Weekend signifies your understanding and agreement to all terms and conditions noted.
- Do NOT lose your wristband. They cannot be replaced. You will need to purchase another wristband if you lose your original wristband.
- Occasionally a Celebrity guest may need to cancel due to professional or personal obligations. No refunds will be given in this case.
